At Tanksley & Smith, LLC, we focus on our clients. We know that dealing with legal issues can be stressful and even scary. For this reason, we want our clients to feel at ease during their consultations with us; therefore, instead of heading to a long, cold and impersonal conference table to discuss their case, we invite them to have a seat on one of our comfortable couches.

After offering them a variety of refreshments, which may include a steaming cup of hot coffee, an ice-cold soda or a cup of freshly-brewed iced tea and a homemade snack, we have a seat beside them. Now we will discuss their problems while casually sitting around our coffee table.

Furthermore, we want our clients to know that they do not have to find a babysitter when they visit our office because we have created a play area here at the office.

We provide a variety of legal services to individuals in and around Southeast Missouri. Our goal is to help anyone who needs legal assistance for family law, criminal law, or employment law no matter what their financial status is, which is why we offer our clients convenient payment plans.
